Art1.0 You may not private any of my art. (for Toyhouse users)
2.0 I prohibit any edits or alterations to my art without my written permission.
2.1 I explicitly prohibit any edits or alterations of my art with the purpose of whitewashing, bigoted ideology (Nazi symbol, MAP flag, etc.), sharing hateful rhetoric, and so forth. You will be immediately blacklisted and reported.
3.0 You may not claim my art as your own creations. Tracing or taking heavy inspiration off my art is also prohibited. You will be immediately blacklisted and reported.
3.1 Credit is required when posting my art offsite. There may be exceptions if I have allowed commercial use (See 12.0), but exceptions will depend on and be unique to the commercial terms themselves.
4.0 I explicitly prohibit any usage of my art for purposes of training AI technologies to generate text/images, including without limitation technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre of my work.

Designs5.0 You may edit, alter, or redesign my designs, but please do not delete the original. You may move it to a separate tab within the character. You may private said tab as long as you give me viewing access (See more in 6.0). (for Toyhouse users)

6.0 You are allowed to private my designs, however you MUST auth me so I may have viewing access. You may not private any of my art. (for Toyhouse users)
7.0 You may co-own my designs, though all ownership disputes must be settled without me. You must maintain the character on one profile as I will not create another one. (for Toyhouse users)
7.1 Design trade-locks are allowed if both parties consent. In the case of trade disputes, please do not involve me (More about my involvement in 8.0).
8.0 You may sell my designs, whether you purchased or traded it. Except for extreme situations that require my intervention (See 10.0), it is my intention that after I transfer my design to someone, it is out of my hands. Thought it would be in poor taste to sell something you were gifted, I will not moderate the future transfers of my designs. Resale, trades, and gifting are all responsibilities of the owner at the time.
8.1 It is also the owner's responsibility to ensure buyers know the design's net worth, especially in cases where you are selling it for higher. Do not fabricate worth records to inflate the price: I am allowing you to upsell anyway so it is best to be honest.

Commercial Use12.0 In order to commercialize my work (designs, art) you must first have legitimate ownership/rights to the work of interest, and then do either of the following: (12.1) Discuss commercial use before purchase or (12.2) Discuss commercial use before purchase and BEFORE attempted commercial usage. You may not commercialize any work of mine without my written permission.
12.1 Commercial use terms will vary per situation, but will usually involve an extra commercializing fee that will be added onto your purchase of my work.
12.2 I understand that some may realize they want to commercialize my work after the initial purchase. In that case, you must still have my written permission to do so, and upon contacting me I will propose new commercializing terms (a commercializing fee, most likely) for the work in question.

Payment13.0 I currently accept payments through PayPal and Ko-Fi.
13.1 All payments made with PayPal will be done through an invoice.
13.2 All payments should be upfront unless I have provided explicit exceptions. I am usually forgiving about exceptions like holds or payment plans, but everything is on a case-by-case basis.
13.3 If I do not receive payment by the agreed time, I will reopen the sale.
13.4 I do not do refunds unless I have agreed to a special exception, or offered the refund myself. Everything is on a case-by-case basis.
